TAPE MINISTRY
.
We tape our worship service and make it available for personal use. If you know someone who might want to listen to it, please contact the office.

HEARING DEVICES
.
Are available at the sound system cabinet.  You will be assigned a device and will be expected to pick it up and then turn it off and return it after worship. There is a device that hooks around your ear and will provide a clear and audible volume.  Why not try it ours.

RIDE CONNECTION
.
We have a van to help get people to doctor visits and to do errands.  We would like to take a number of people at a time. If you need a ride please call the office ahead of time and let us know when and where you need to go.

CALL A FRIEND
.
Would you be willing to call someone every day and check on how the person is doing?  To know someone is thinking of you can change your life.  Or are you a person who would appreciate someone calling you and making sure you are doing ok???  Please call the office if you are interested in helping with this ministry

TABLE DECORATIONS
.
Judy Kline has faithfully changed our table decorations in the fellowship hall every month. She does a wonderful job.

EMAIL ADDRESSES
.
Please let us know what your email address is and we'll email the "Grapevine" to you.   You might also receive a birthday greeting or a cute saying for the day.

PRAYER CIRCLE
.
We are in need of people who would be willing to prayer for others. Each person is asked to pray for a list of people whom are in need of prayer. You would need to decide whom to pray for, when and how often. This only takes a few minutes each day.

LITURGIST
.
Would you like to help with liturgy during worship?  Liturgy is the work of the people.  You would be leading the Call to Worship and Opening Prayer, reading scripture, helping with Time with the Young at Heart and participating in other ways. Just call the office.

CARE GIVER
.
Have you ever thought of being a Care Giver??? It is an experience of a lifetime. There are so many ways you can get involved. Just find the place where you fit in the best.

                           Some of the areas of interest are:
                           -Visiting visitors and others because you care.
                           -Visiting people in their homes.
                           -Providing meals for people who need them.
                           -Being a cheerful face for a lonely person.
                           -Visiting patients in the hospital
                           -Volunteering at Heartland Health Care Center
                           -Bring a telephone "Check-on-U" person
                           -Delivering Meals on Wheels
                           -Praying for someone
                           -Play cards, games or put together a puzzle
                           -Providing ways to get to appointments and errands.                          
                           -Sending cards for special events in a person's life, upon the death
                            of someone close, for a birthday or a birth, to cheer someone up,
                            for an illness, hospitalization or surgery.

ADVERTIZE IN THIS SPACE

This area has been provided for anyone who would like to place an ad in the "Grapevine" and on our  website. Something you want to sell. A skill or job you are willing to provide. Get it into the office by the beginning of the month. Thanks.

COUPONS????    REBATES????    WANT TO SAVE MONEY????

.There are several of us that would like to form a club to not only save money, but to help others save money. If you are interested please contact the office. We would like to meet at least once a week. Start watching for good deals and rebate offers and save those coupons.

AEROBICS ANYONE???
Would you like to start the year out by losing a few pounds or toning up that tummy or upper thighs? Find it hard to do it alone? A group of us would like to organize an exercise group. If you are interested contact the church.
